What happens if the picture is damaged on arrival?

Yes. If you have bought a picture directly from me you can return the piece with in 14 days of purchasing. So long as the picture is undamaged you will receive a full refund/ exchange the picture with one of a similar value. Simply email to say are thinking of returning the art work, then post/ deliver the picture in secure packaging. You will be charged for the cost of delivery. Return of work purchased through a gallery, is at the galleries discretion. Yes. I guarantee that if you are less than happy with your purchase you can return it with in 14 days of purchasing.
