What happens if the picture is damaged on arrival?
Contact me. I sell work both directly to clients and through selected galleries. Contact me either by email or phone. I would be more than happy to discuss your ideas for a similar picture.
Yes. If you have bought a picture directly from me you can return the piece with in 14 days of purchasing. So long as the picture is undamaged you will receive a full refund/ exchange the picture with one of a similar value. Simply email to say are thinking of returning the art work, then post/ deliver the picture in secure packaging. You will be charged for the cost of delivery. Return of work purchased through a gallery, is at the galleries discretion. Yes. I guarantee that if you are less than happy with your purchase you can return it with in 14 days of purchasing. The money will be returned to you either by cheque or through pay pal depending on your personal preference. What happens if the picture is damaged on arrival?Let me know me know immediately. If the frame has been damaged I will replace this free of charge. In the unlikely event that the image is damaged, please return it and choose whether you would like another picture in exchange or a full refund. What is the best way to contact you? The best method of contact is email. I check email daily and will reply promptly. I can also be contacted by phone. Due to the nature of work I'm often away from the studio as I draw and paint from life, but please leave a message and I will return your call.
